Birth & Postpartum Doula • Breastfeeding Counselor • Birth Educator
You shouldn't have to face labor feeling unsure, unheard, or alone. I'm here to make sure you walk into that room feeling powerful — and walk out with a story you're proud of.
Meet Britt
I'm a mother of three, a Pre-K teacher, and a VBAC success story. I've been through unmedicated births, medicated births, a cesarean, and an induction. I know what it feels like when things don't go as planned — and I know what it takes to reclaim your experience.
I became a doula because I believe no one should walk into labor feeling afraid. Birth isn't something to survive. It's something to own.
What You Get
We'll meet during your pregnancy to build your birth plan, talk through your fears, and make sure you feel prepared and confident for what's ahead.
I'm on call 24/7 as your due date approaches. During labor, I'm right there — hands-on comfort, emotional grounding, and advocacy for your wishes.
After baby arrives, we'll meet to process your birth experience, answer questions about recovery, and celebrate what you just accomplished.
The Difference
Your doctor manages your medical care. Your partner manages their own nerves. Your doula? She's 100% focused on your comfort, your voice, and your experience.
Partners want to help but often don't know how. I guide them so they can be present and useful instead of anxious and sidelined.
When things move fast, medical jargon flies. I translate, explain options, and make sure you're making informed decisions — not pressured ones.
Research consistently shows that doula-supported births have fewer interventions, shorter labors, and higher satisfaction. The data is clear.
How It Works
We'll hop on a call so you can ask anything and see if we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.
We meet in person to craft your birth preferences, talk through scenarios, and get you feeling ready.
As your due date nears, I'm available 24/7. When it's time, I'm there — from early labor through delivery.
We meet after birth to process, reflect, and make sure you and baby are settling in well.
Kind Words
She seemed to know exactly what I needed before I even said it — guiding me through positioning, movement, breathing, and distraction techniques that made an overwhelming experience feel manageable and even empowering. Beyond her skill, what truly sets her apart is who she is as a person. She is funny, warm, kind, and radiates genuine love and joy.
She knew exactly when my wife needed firm encouragement, when she needed gentle reassurance, and when to just be a steady, grounding presence. I never once felt like a bystander at my own child's birth, and that's because of Britt.
We wouldn't have wanted any other person with us! You helped sooo much. Every step of the way. Every counter pressure was perfectly timed. THANK YOU!
Even though everything was virtual, her presence felt incredibly personal and reassuring. She was always available to answer questions, calm my anxieties, and guide me through each stage with so much knowledge and compassion.
